There are daily boats from the port of Piraeus with regular as well as hi-speed boats (Speed-Runner) and the journey takes 4 and 2.5 hours respectively. It?s the second island after Kythnos and its distance from the Piraeus is approximately 83 nautical miles. Due to the frequency of boats and the regular changes of the boat timetable, we recommend contacting the school first, especially during the summer months, and it?s necessary to book your accommodation well in advance. The various islands surrounding Serifos are connected via ferries as well as taxi boats. You can get about on the island either by bringing your own vehicle or by hiring one. Public transport is very basic and not recommended. Whatever your choice, the school can advise you about the places to visit. |
